She is currently an Associate Professor of Costume Design at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she teaches a range of innovative courses in costume design, including Social Psychology of Clothing, Costume Dramaturgy, Nonlinear Theatre Costume Design, Kabuki Costumes, and History of Costume and Fashion.
